Sandeep Menon quits WeP, joins IT serve

Sandeep Menon, has quit from WeP as the channel business head and has joined as a director in IT-Serve, a sister concern of RX infotech.

Speaking to The DQ Week, Menon said, "I have joined my friend's organization IT-Serve as the director. We are focusing on accessories related to Laptop. I am based out of Hyderabad and the main assignment for me is to double the revenue and increase the business."

Some of his immediate tasks would be to expand the visibilities to the upcountry region. "Right now IT service business is more of a city-centric and we want to expand in the upcountry. For example in places like Kerala, we will be going to places like Calicut, Trivandrum etc," Menon added.

Speaking about his experience with WeP, he said, " I worked in WeP for 9 years. I started when it was as Wipro-PSG division. Then I moved to HP and I was there in AP region and came back to WeP. I was able to make more Channel engagements, revamp the channel policies and has engaged more partner advisory business, where some of the key partners will be on the advisory board. Working with WeP was very good experience for me as I could understand the market trends in different regions and was able to get a national focus on channel business."
