SACO to make laptops trendy

Chennai based Sagar Computers (SACO), one of the leading manufacturers of end-to-end laptop accessories, has planned to inaugurate soon a ‘saloon' which serves as the center for stylizing the laptops.

Speaking to ‘The DQ Week', P.Suresh Khanted, CEO, SACO, said, "For a Rs.4000-worth suitcase which is used rarely, people maintain it by investing around Rs.300. However, for a Rs. 30,000 laptop which is used throughout the year, customers should concentrate on maintaining its health and beauty." "Maintenance of laptop is like a small 4-member family where the screen, top, key board and mouse-pad are the key areas to be taken care for the healthy long life of a laptop", he said who further added that SACO has wide variety of products to ensure the laptops looks healthy and beauty.

"The typical attitude of any customer towards anything, be it a product or relationship, is they want it for a long-time. Our products are well tuned and help the expectations of the customers towards maintaining their laptops for a long run." Suresh said who further added that the awareness of laptop accessories is growing and the demand for such products are also simultaneously increasing. "We are having channel partners across the country and we are getting very positive responses.", Suresh added. He further said that the margins in these products are very supporting for the channel partners as they will get to sell a lot of numbers in the market because of the growing demand.

Laptop saloon:

Suresh said that SACO, in this year, is about to start a laptop saloon which is mainly to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the product. "With growing demand across, we are in the process of setting up a saloon mainly for grooming the laptops brought to us", Suresh concluded.
