RSA Security appoints Select Technologies as its India disti

e-security provider RSA Security Inc has announced the appointment of Select Technologies, a networks com-pany dealing in network comm-unication, network security and network sto-rage solutions, as its national distributor in India. 

As an authorized RSA Secu-rity distributor, Select Techno-logies will extend RSA Security’s identity and access manage-ment solutions to VARS and SIs across the country.

Under the terms of agree-ment, Select Technologies will distribute RSA Security’s full range of security solutions, ranging from RSA SecurID two-factor authentication, RSA Cl-earTrust Web access manage-ment and RSA Keon digital cer-tificate management software.

According to the press rel-ease, the appointment of Select Technologies as the company’s distributor in India will allow RSA Security to leverage Select Technologies’ experience in channel distribution to extend its market reach and revenue opportunities. 

India has been identified as a growing market for RSA Security. The company will focus on marketing and channel development efforts in anti-cipation of a growth in demand for enterprise data security solutions.
