Speaking about the new endeavor, Tetsuya Takano, MD & CEO, Ricoh India, said, "In India, we expect an overall IT spending to reach USD 71.3 billion in 2014 which is a 5.9 percent increase over 2013 forecast with most of the growth driven by spending on IT service, and that's why India is one of the most crucial markets in the World's region for Ricoh. Meanwhile, Ricoh also announced that they are firmly on plans to achieve their goal of Rs 1,000 crore revenue in FY14, recording a CAGR of over 50% in last 3 years. The key growth drivers include laser printers, IT Services, and Managed Document services, among others.
