Reliance introduces ‘Monsoon Hungama’

Reliance Infocomm has unveiled a new scheme, ‘Monsoon Hungama' to lure the customers. The company is providing a multimedia mobile phone, along with a connection for an upfront payment of Rs 501. Under Monsoon Hungama, customers can choose from any of the existing tariff plans that include Budget 149 and Budget 249 schemes. 

A customer opting for the scheme as an upfront payment option, along with Budget 149 as tariff plan would be able to restrict the monthly payment to Rs 449, which includes the Rs 200 paid as club membership and privilege charges. Under the scheme, a customer would get free talktime of Rs 100 per month, which also includes SMS, it added.

The scheme is also open to shareholders of Reliance group companies, which is in conjunction with Reliance Infocomm's Khazana Club offer. The shareholders are eligible for a discount of Rs 850 on upfront payment. The shareholders would get a connection free, apart from a credit of Rs 349 on their first bill.
