Reliance IndiaMobile adds Nokia 2280 to its portfolio of mobile phones

As part of offering wider choice of handsets to Reliance IndiaMobile customers, Reliance Infocomm Ltd has announced the introduction of Nokia 2280, the latest CDMA2000 1x phone from Nokia, into its portfolio of handsets. 

Nokia has begun shipping Nokia 2280 to India. The phone would be available at all Nokia showrooms.

With its soft-edge design, white LED backlight, interchangeable Xpress-on color covers, a calendar, an alarm clock and downloadable ring tones, the Nokia 2280 offers lifestyle and personalization options. Other key features include a built-in phonebook, which supports up to 250 entries, high-speed data support and full text messaging capability including predictive text input.
