sales and support office in Chennai. This office will address the growing demand
for Red Hat products and services in Tamil Nadu. The entire range of products

existing customer implementations in Tamil Nadu.

Speaking on the occasion, Javed Tapia, Director, Red Hat India said, "We
started our office in Bangalore early this year to address the demand for our
products and services in Southern India. Since then, we have seen an increasing
trend in Linux usage and adoption in this part of the country.

The interest shown by Government and enterprises towards adoption of open
source and Linux solutions have encouraged us to set up a second office in
South." He further added. "India is a strategic market for Red Hat and
this is the third office we have added in less than a year. We now have our
