Rashi XI wins against Channels XI

Rashi XI won the third match of the Rashi Cricket Series
held on January 19, 2003 in Chennai. Rashi XI beat Channel XI by five wickets in
25 overs aside one-day match.

The match had been organized for the channel partners of
Rashi Peripherals (GLD, GLD-P, SAP, ARP, RRP, RSI) from Chennai, Bangalore,
Cochin, Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Virudhunagar. SVG Krishna (Rashi -Coimbatore)
was the captain of Rashi XI where as Sushil of Kannya Electronics, Chennai lead
the Channel XI team.

Channel XI, which won the toss invited Rashi XI to bowl.
Trilok Jain (Nakodaa Computer Tech, Chennai) was declared the Man of the Match.
Avinash Kukreja (Kukreja Electronics, Bangalore) turned the Best Batsman and the
Best Bowler was Manish of Arihant Infotech, Bangalore.

Channel XI made 118 runs in 21.5 overs (all out) and Rashi
XI made 119 runs in 14.4 overs (for 5 wickets).

Meanwhile, Rashi has announced its awards for the resellers
who performed well in the sales under `Khelo Cricket Rashi Ke Sang' program. The
company announced brandwise winners in each category for the month of November
and December.

Khelo Cricket Rashi Ke Sang is a four-month program running
from November 2002 to February 2003.
