Rashi announces DhanRashi

Nelson Johny

Keeping the festive season in mind, Rashi Peripherals has announced two schemes for the channel community and end-users in the OND quarter, under the banner of the
"Dhan Kamao Rashi Ke Sangh" program.

The scheme for channel partners -- DhanRashi -- has different slabs based on the gross sales value that will be achieved by partners on different brands distributed by
Rashi. The starting slab for eligibility of the scheme is Rs 1.5 lakh and ends at Rs 70
lakh. Brands included in this scheme are Logitech, Asus, Prolink, Cnet, Jetway and
RPtech, among others.

"This is not like any other scheme where you gather points by selling anything. The scheme is based on different value set for different brands," says Rajesh
Goenka, Division Head. "We want our partners to perform. The scheme is looking at quality and not just quantity," he adds.

Prizes for the scheme, starting from the top level are a Maruti 800 car, diamond and gold jewelry, Hero Honda bikes, air-conditioners, digital cameras, gold coins and Sony audio system. Redemption of claims will be done during the second-half of January 2002.

For the end-users, Rashi in association with Logitech has announced the
"Lakhpati offer". In this case the gifts will be in the form of gold and silver coins.
