Rashi Peripherals has announced a unique contest for systems integrators to promote Sony CDRWs. The contest is in tune with the ongoing Cricket World Cup 2003 and is aptly named Sony World Cup Super Six Contest. A unique pin number is being packed with Sony CDRWs for the contest. This pin number entitles SIs to participate in the contest. The Pin number has to be entered on the contest website

After entering the pin number, the participants are required to predict the six teams that will make it as the 'Super Six' and the 'Final Winner' of the World Cup. The contest is valid for all purchases of Sony CDRWs made by SIs during the month of February 2003. The contest will close on Feb 28, 2003. 

The rules of the contest also require SIs to match at least four teams out of six to qualify for Super Six contest. The participants are also required to retain and produce the pin card to claim the prizes. The details of the winners will be posted on the website and would be intimated by mail and phone wherever possible. Based on the qualifying conditions the SIs would be selected for loads of prizes. The prizes range from SONY CDRW, DVD-ROM's, to 50 silver coins as early bird prizes.
