RailTel to roll out RailWire services in Gujarat

RailTel recently signed MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) to roll out of RailWire broadband services in Sabarkantha District, Gujarat in collaboration with Zilla Panchayat.

The occasion was graced by august presence of the Chief Minister of Gujarat Smt. Anandiben Patel, Cabinet Minister of Agriculture Govt. of India, Minister of Agriculture Govt. of Gujarat, the Ambassador of Israel and the Counselor General of Israel.

MPs, MLAs, Zilla Panchayat President, elected representatives of Taluka and Gram Panchayats and State Govt. officials also attended the event where-in discussion for future broadband services and its implementation process discussed.

The MoU is for RailTel to roll out of RailWire services in 424 GPs in Sabarkantha District of Gujrat in collaboration with Zilla Panchayat.

RailWire is a collaborative model which has delivered numerous reliable and affordable broadband services to connect small enterprises & Indian homes across coubtry. Considering the potential of this model in bringing a positive change in the society, the Sabarkantha District Co-op bank signed an MoU with the Zilla Panchayat to avail broadband services.

Networking for the same will soon be starting and customers will be able to work more efficiently with the help of RailWire services as mentioned by the company.

The MoU documents were exchanged in a grand ceremony held at Vadrad village in Sabarkantha District, Gujarat. This project has been executed to help the upliftment of the people of Sabarkantha District by bridging the information arbitrage which is slated to be completed by 1st Jan 2016.
