Qualcomm opens new facility

Qualcomm Inc has ann ounced the opening its of new facility in Mumbai.
Resources from several business groups at Qualcomm including Global Business
Development, Qual-comm Internet Services (QIS) and the Engineering Services
Group (ESG) will support this facility. According to the press release, in
addition to enabling growth for CDMA and WCDMA in India and the SAARC region,
Qualcomm's Mumbai facility will help operators differen-tiate their market
offerings using next-gen technologies.
