Pre-WiMax MMDS is a carrier class wireless system that provides ethernet
connection to re­mote or hard-to-reach areas. It works on licensed or
unlicensed exempt fre­quency at point to point, or point to multipoint. It is
an economical and powerful solution to provide ethernet services to the areas
where laying cables is not feasible or expensive.
