Pinnacle launches Pro-ONE video editing system

Pro-ONE system comprises of a picture card and software handling multi-layer real time compositing. Some key features include hardware accelerated image stabilization and a group of ten filters and transition in real time. The image stabilization detects shaky scenes and corrects them automatically, which could be modified with effects and filters in real time while the engine processes video in its original resolution and quality.

There are more than 300 styles and effects from a wide range of titles, neon and metallic, stretched and condensed among others. It supports picture in picture, zoom rotate, animation, particles, image correction and speed variation. It also delivers a full palette of effects from fade to black, wipes and dissolves to advanced 3D effects and other image encapsulations. Under a key frame animation the effects can change over time including of graphics and titles for creative motion sequences and flexible screen composition for graphical placements. There is an additional feature for background music and mix in real time with the original sound effects. Several complex effects can be combined simultaneously in real time. Thus it provides a simultaneous combination of 2D and 3D effects as filters and transitions.

It supports a wide range of output formats including DVD, CD, MPEG 1 & 2, and Windows streaming media and QuickTime among others.
