PG Kamath appointed as Lexmark Director

PG Kamath has been appoin-ted to the Board of Directors of Lex-mark
International (India) Pvt Ltd. He will continue to oversee the Indian opera-tions
of Lexmark India as GM.

Kamath has been with Lexmark India for over two years now and has been
responsible for making the company visible as a strong player in the industry
today. In the last two years under his direction, the company has seen the
expansion of the operations in terms of a new office in Delhi, a dedicated team
of professionals, as well as a streamlined distribution line up.
