PC Quest Series-a success story in Lucknow

With 200 banners scattered through out the city, Cyber Expo's PC Quest Series of exhibitions was a success last week in Lucknow. This exposition was aimed at educating the customers in these regional cities about the latest technology and the price performance of these technologies. Inspite of the digital PC party of Intel happening simultaneously, the buying community has been walking through to get their interest of products.

Sales in stalls have been made with the walk-ins, for the first time combined sales were made on the spot. IBM sold off their high-end PC on the spot during the exhibition, TVS managed a good number of printer sales, some of laser printers and desk
jets were sold off from HP, AMD has made substantial pre conversion queries.

Zenith had a huge no of walk-ins and to keep in mind they were all the fraternity who had come with a buying orientation as well. Three year subscriptions/ and some one year subscriptions along with retail sales were made for PCQuest/Computers at home magazines. DQ week has been the pick in the subscription offers and a sizeable number of subscriptions/queries came into light.

All the channel partners were sent the invitation, 3,000 mails were sent within Lucknow in the specific and non specific computer related fraternity 

Two leading shop stores in Hazratganj for distribution of the invitations and a huge chunk of specific buying community as a result walked in. 2,000 invites were distributed for the exhibition. All the schools were sent the invites and some principals even walked in through the exhibition. The response in this city has been far more qualitative and has penetrated the right fraternity for the series in overall terms.
