Partner eager to face IT challenges in Meerut

Canon and NNR IT showcased expanding opportunities for partners

Following Tech Caravan series, The DQ Week team reached Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Exploring IT channels across the country one unique thing about Meerut association and its partners was the zeal to make Meerut a top destination of IT while facing the challenges.

Ashish Kumar Trivedi, president, Computer dealer association kicked off Tech caravan evening at hotel Hyphen held on 6 Feb. 2015.  Present on the occasion were esteemed sponsors, Virender Singh Dhariwal (senior territory manager, channel sales Canon) and Shamshul Siddiqui (NNR IT, Sales Manager) along with all partners. Ashish thanked DQ week team and vendors for giving attention to the city channel.

Dhariwal, senior territory manager, channel sales, Canon spoke in detail about innovation that the company keeps on doing while maintaining ease for partners. He also explained about M2X and MF 2XX series along with their multi-function advantages. He organized an informative presentation wherein he explained the features of each printer and showed full product description while unveiling Canon MF4820d with its accessibility from any device. Dhariwal addressed the questions of the partners in comfort zone clearing each point.

The session got more interesting as panel discussion came into effect which included Virender Singh Dhariwal (Canon); Shamsul Siddique (NNR IT), Asish Trivedi (President, Meerut Association); Sanjay Goel (secretary, Meerut Association); Kishan Kumar (owner, Laser Ace) and Ajay Mittal (owner, Coin Care System) along with The DQ Week team. Discussion got more aggressive over emerging challenges and opportunities in IT to stay on track in IT industry. Sanjay Goel said, “To face any challenge IT community had to keep personal grievances aside and focus on trends and automation in business to overcome the challenges and creating opportunities in traditional market system.”

Along with Canon, NNR IT took opportunity to showcase the Max- secure anti-virus series offerings and opportunities growing in anti-virus segment which captured the interest of partners. Six partners won max-secure total security, internet security, mobile security, antivirus plus and Max Secure bag pack in lucky draw held in the event which created lot of fun.

With a participation of over 35 partners from the city, positive vi babes and eagerness to up trend in business levels were observed. The evening wrapped up with networking and and exchanging of ideas over dinner and cocktail.
