Opal Systems bags Epson award

Thanjavur based Opal Systems recently bagged the best dealer in Thanjavur for Epson printers. Out of 250 members across the country, 12 partners from Tamil Nadu bagged the awards which were distributed to them at Hyderabad.

Speaking to ‘The DQ Week', Arul Arokkiyaraj, CEO, Opal systems, said, "The expectations of customers towards printers are changing drastically every day. Customers expect mainly three aspects: Low cost, maximum number of papers printed and quality, and we, channel partners have to provide solutions to them."

He also added, "This award was a dream and last time I missed it. However, this year, it gives me immense pleasure that I bagged it." Opal systems has sold nearly 250 printers to various customers wide-spread from Thanjavur to Karaikal.
