‘Office Assistant Cum Steno’ training program launched in Patna

Astric Computers (I) Pvt. Ltd., as this PPP Initiative of Centre of Excellence has completed its 05 years. It is a feather in the cap with this Inauguration of this employment linked training course for the Mahadalit & SC students sponsored by BMVM, Department of SC&ST Welfare, Government of Bihar. The programme is focused towards skill development and enable the under privileged mass in joining the main stream. We are dedicated towards servicing the society by capacity building and so far it has been success story altogether for the youth aged between 18-35 YRS.

CEO – BMVM Cum Principal Secretary SC&ST Welfare Sri S.M.Raju, IAS Inaugurated this training programme which is starting at Astric Centre of Excellence, Patna. He stressed the relevance of this Computer based Office Assistant Cum Steno courses to ensure ICT capacity building of masses and better employment. Encouraging the students, he told students need to sync their brain with the Computer to learn and implement the learning using the Computers. He added that Bihar has a huge pool of youth HR which can be converted into asset with such skill development. It’s the need of the hour to tap talent pool from various parts of our state and bring them into the main stream for inclusive growth.

The Distinguished Guest, Sri Manish Kumar, MLA, Bihar Legislative Assembly lauded the vision of this Institute which is working in tandem with various state Govt. departments. Speaking on the occasion he told the youth that there has been a sea change in the Human Resource density post division of Jharkhand, and Bihar is left out with no option but Skill Development, to cater to the increasing need of e-governance transformation in the state. Sri Kumar further elaborated the importance of this course which will help the students with a better career.

Speaking on the occasion, P.K.Sinha, Director sated, “it’s a challenging task but very satisfying to work with the masses who need support in a state which is economically disadvantaged. We started this PPP initiative with state IT Nodal agency to work as a knowledge cum technology partner and the efforts have been sincerely acknowledged globally as a noble mission. The institute is dedicated towards society and putting sincere efforts to ensure reverse brain drain which Bihar has experienced in the past for seamless flow and create an eco-system. We are now planning to start similar state of art set-up in major districts across Bihar and look forward to transform more youth in this Digital and Skill India scenario. Local Ward Councilor Shri Deepak Chaurisia, BMVM State Project Officials Ms. Debjani, Indrajit Mukherjee, Sanjay Deo, Administrator Ajay Singh, Project Manager Ajay Das, Co-ordinator Prity Rai, Trainer Manoj and Sweety were also present during event.”
