O2, a mobile data devices and service provider, has introduced the PDA-phone
Xda IIi in India. The company claims that with a new Intel proce-ssor running at
520MHz, the O2 Xda IIi qualifies as the fastest PDA-phone available in the
market.
Running on the Micro-soft Windows Mobile 2003 platform, the O2 Xda IIi offers
a range of applications like Microsoft Outlook Excel, Word and Internet
Explorer, in addition to PDF and Power-Point viewers.
When a user is out of the office, the O2 Xda IIi keeps him connected with
wireless and Bluetooth capability. The O2 Xda IIi is also a tri-brand phone that
offers roaming capability across the globe.
The phone features a 1.3 mega pixel camera, Java-based Games and a built-in
MP3 player. The O2 Xda Iii has an RRP of Rs 45,888 inclusive of GST (octroi is
extra as applicable) and a one-year warranty. It is expected to be available
early May through Creative-e-biz.com Ltd outlets in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and
other major cities.
