NIS Sparta, a training major of Ogilvy One Worldwide India, has recently announced their partnership to offer Customer Relationship Management (CRM) training in India. NIS plans to offer these courses for MBA institutes and other post-graduate institutes and also at the corporate levels. The entry-level qualification will be a basic understanding of consumer behavior, marketing and sales.
At present the tie up has forty hours of course material ready. Topics include - Crafting a CRM strategy, Developing a Business Case, The CRM Data Warehouse, Data Analytics - Tools and Techniques, among other things. Placements will however not be handled directly by NIS, but the MBA/Post-graduate institutes, with which they are having tie ups.
