Nice Computers to open offices in Dhulia, Ahmednagar

Catering to the growing demand from the customers in the upcountry markets, Nashik based Nice Computers has mapped out its plans to open branch offices in Dhulia and Ahmednagar by the end of FY13.

Explaining this strategic move, Nitin Gite, director, Nice Computers, said, "We aim to create greater opportunities for our business and our partners as well. Seeing the huge demand for desktops and laptops in these regions, we have decided to push our products in the local market in Dhulia and Ahmednagar. We plan to invest heavily in terms of local stock availability."

Nice Computers is the exclusive authorized distributor for several IT brands like HP, Samsung, and many others for all its product ranges including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, etc. According to Nice Computers, the upcountry market is a very fast growing market in comparison to the metros or the A-class cities of the country. "These offices will expand our ability to offer local advice and support to our fast-growing base of business partners and their customers in Dhulia and Ahmednagar. Until now, we being at Nashik were catering to many districts, namely, Ahmednagar, Dhulia, Jalgaon, Nandurbar with the help of our local residents in these regions. Hence, these offices will be the engine of our growth and will help us optimally address the requirements of consumers in such markets," said Gite.

Apart from an expansion spree for FY13, Nice Computers is also planning to add more brands to its IT product portfolio. "We are planning to bring in more IT brands, especially in laptops and desktops. And, we are also in talks with some major IT brands to open exclusive stores in Nashik by the end of this ongoing fiscal year," said Gite.

The company is also in talks with some international companies to enter the cloud computing market.
