Sennheiser has introduced a new Sakura Pink colour variant to its ACCENTUM Open true wireless earbuds, expanding the visual options for its open-ear audio lineup ahead of the festive season. The update focuses on design rather than functionality, retaining the same core features that define the ACCENTUM Open range.

The new colourway is positioned as a seasonal refresh, aimed at users seeking an everyday audio device that supports calls, music, and mobility without isolating them from their surroundings.

Open-ear design remains central

The Sennheiser ACCENTUM Open true wireless earbuds are built around an open-ear design that places the audio driver just outside the ear canal. This approach is intended to reduce ear fatigue during prolonged use while allowing users to remain aware of ambient sounds, an important factor for commuting, work environments, and daily activities.

At the centre of the audio performance is a custom-engineered 11 mm dynamic transducer. According to the company, the driver delivers balanced and detailed sound while maintaining the open-ear listening experience.

Connectivity and call features

The earbuds support Bluetooth 5.3 with multipoint connectivity, allowing users to switch between devices without manual reconnection. For voice calls, the ACCENTUM Open uses dual beamforming microphones designed to improve speech clarity during conversations.

Touch controls on the earbuds enable users to manage music playback, calls, and volume directly, reducing the need to interact with connected devices during use.

Battery life and charging

Sennheiser states that the ACCENTUM Open offers up to 6.5 hours of continuous playback on a single charge. When used with the charging case, total playback time extends up to 28 hours.

The earbuds also support fast charging, with a 10-minute charge providing up to 1.5 hours of listening time. This feature is positioned for short, unplanned usage scenarios.

Lightweight build and new colour option

Each earbud weighs 4.4 grams, contributing to a lightweight fit intended for extended listening sessions. The Sakura Pink finish adds a soft visual update to the existing design, offering an alternative to standard colour options without altering the hardware.
