HP Introduces Laser M300 Series for SMBs

HP has launched the Laser M300 Series in India, offering five new monochrome laser printers designed to meet the evolving demands of SMBs, print shops, and enterprise operations. The lineup includes the Laser MFP 323sdnw, 323dnw, 323d, 303dw, and 303d, all featuring automatic duplex printing and compact form factors suitable for space-limited environments.

All M300 models deliver up to 30 pages per minute (A4) and support two-sided printing, helping businesses maintain high-volume workflows cost-effectively. First-page-out arrives in approximately 8.5 seconds, aided by a 600 MHz processor and 256 MB of memory to ensure smooth performance. Input capacity reaches 250 sheets, with a multipurpose tray to support varied media handling.

HP has equipped the series with high-yield toner options—HP 181A and 181X—providing between 1,500 to 3,000 pages per cartridge. This lowers the total cost per page while reducing replenishment frequency. Seamless mobile printing through the HP Smart app and both USB and wireless connectivity ensure flexible deployment.

HP emphasises environmental efficiency: each model integrates 20% post-consumer recycled plastic and incorporates HP Auto-Off Technology to lower power consumption. Printers are granted energy and environmental certifications applicable in India.

Pricing on the HP eStore ranges from Rs. 20,250 for the Laser 303d to Rs. 35,250 for the top-tier Laser MFP 323sdnw. These printers are also available through HP-authorised channels across India.
