Acer unveils Nitro Lite 16 for creators, students and gamers in India
Acer has expanded its Lite Series lineup in India with the launch of the Nitro Lite 16, a lightweight, performance-driven laptop aimed at gamers, students and content creators. With a price starting at Rs 69,999, the laptop blends aesthetics, performance and portability in a sleek 16-inch package.
A display built for creators and gamers
The Nitro Lite 16 features a 16-inch WUXGA (1920 x 1200) IPS panel in a 16:10 aspect ratio. It supports a refresh rate of up to 180Hz, delivers 100% sRGB colour accuracy, and offers enhanced brightness for immersive viewing. These specifications make it suitable for both fast-paced gaming and precision content editing.
The device is styled in Pearl White and includes a built-in webcam with a privacy shutter, combining modern design with user-centric privacy features.
Power and responsiveness under the hood
The Nitro Lite 16 is powered by up to 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13620H processors, alongside NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU. This configuration enables the laptop to handle multitasking, AI-assisted workflows and graphically intensive tasks. It supports DLSS 3, ray tracing, and features a MUX switch for enhanced frame rates and reduced latency.
Memory and storage options include up to 24GB DDR5 RAM and 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD, delivering quick response times and efficient file access.
Designed for performance mobility
Weighing just 1.95 kg and measuring 22.9 mm thin, the Nitro Lite 16 is designed for portability. It includes a 53Wh battery and a 100W USB-C adapter, offering reliable power support for mobile users.
The laptop uses Intel Thread Director to intelligently balance tasks between high-performance and efficiency cores, improving battery life and multitasking efficiency.
Keyboard, AI tools and connectivity
The keyboard includes white backlighting with highlighted WASD keys, catering to the needs of gamers. A dedicated Copilot key provides quick access to Windows 11 AI tools, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
