Netcore Technologies, an e-mail security solutions
provider, has made some significant partner tie-ups in the recent past. “We
have just tied up with Delhi-based Green Vision, which will be its exclusive
distributor for our Emergic CleanMail solution,” said Kalpit Jain, Business
Head, Messaging and Security, Netcore Solutions. It already has its presence in
the western belt of the country, with its head office in Mumbai.
Down south, the solutions provider has tied up with Team
Frontline of Kerala. This company too will be its exclusive disti for its
products in the southern region. A major reason for bagging orders across the
country as well as having these tie-ups is the DQ Channels Solutions Summit that
was held on January 21 and 22, 2006. “It was at the DQ Channels Summit that we
got a lot of inquiries about our products. It gave us an opportunity to network
with the channel community spread across India and led us to having these
strategic tie-ups,” beamed Jain. Explaining his partner strategy further, Jain
said that in the coming fiscal, the firm plans to have three quality partners in
the cities it has its presence in.
The company plans to have three partners in key cities like
Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune and Ahmedabad. It is in these cities that it also
wants to rec-ruit sales personnel who can in turn go to smaller tier-three
cities. The company is looking at setting up a 24X7 call center in its Mumbai
office itself. “The reason for having a call center is to answer queries that
its overseas customers have. Our clients abroad are based in developing
countries like Bangladesh, Nigeria, Philli-pines, South Africa and others,”
said Jain.
