Net4Domains, a domain registration company, announced its 30-day festival package 'A domain for a domain' for its customers in the six cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune. Through this latest offering, valid till November 30th this year, the company is offering a domain name free along with each domain name registered for Rs 399 at

www.net4domains.com. The customers would also get all the rights for the domain name that is registered for free, including the administrative, billing and technical contracts.

Net4Domains, in a recent announcement, had brought down the price for Domain registrations to Rs 399 per year from Rs 650 a year. Net4Dmains.com allows easy registration of domain names with .com, .org and .net extensions. The user-friendly site allows him to make easy payments through credit card or payment through demand draft. The customer also gets 10 email ids free with the package.

Announcing its latest offering, Jasjit Sawhney, CEO, Net4Domains, said, "Net4Domains has always been a trendsetter in the Indian domain registrations market. India is the fastest growing market for Domain registrations after China in the Asia Pacific region. This coupled with the recent announcements by ICANN to allow extensions such as .shop, .news, .bank etc. will have a significant impact on the overall increase in the number of domain name registrations, worldwide.

The domain registration market in India is projected at half a million by the end of year 2000. The number of domain registrations has quadrupled in the last one year from 25,000 domains in 1998 to 90,0000 this year.
