In a bid to expand their network, New Delhi-based importer Mron International
is looking to foray into the western and eastern parts of the country. The
company will shortly open branches in West including Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur,
Nashik and Ahmadabad. The eastern cities include Kolkata, Ranchi or Jamshedpur
and Patna. The company has also recently opened a branch office in Cochin to
strengthen their foothold in the southern market.
Talking about the expansion plans, Rajeev Rohatgi, VP-Sales and Marketing,
Mron International stated, "Expanding is the key to boost business and sales.
Hence we have identified certain regions where we will promote our brand
further."
In addition, the company is also looking to add a range of products to their
existing product portfolio. These products include networking products like
switches, routers, LAN cards, modems, sound cards, USB cards among others. The
company also plans to launch speakers in the month of May.
This apart, in order to support and engage its channel partners, Mron will
also be launching a scheme to give an impetus to their business and products.
Under the scheme Turnover Discount, partners who register maximum turnover by
selling Mron products, will be entitled to a discount on the turnover generated
by them. The scheme will be launched in the month of May and will be open for
partners across the country.
"We want our partners to sell in volumes and have been launching a number of
schemes to support them. Our products are priced competitively. Hence, we are
awaiting a good response both from the partners and the customers," added
Rohatgi.
