The company was able to make a stable growth amidst the overall weak market sentiments. In terms of addition of new and diverse brands in their portfolio, it partnered with CtrlS-a tier 4 data centre company-for distribution in northern and north-east states last October. Along with it, the company also tied up with Cyber Power and Leviton.

Talking on the growth points, Anuj Modi, director, Modi Infosol said that they have added some major brands last year, as well as diversified the product distribution portfolio.

The company has made inroads into the telecom vertical and started distributing Simmtronics tablets which contributed a significant portion of their revenue. Having a direct competition from the telecom channel, which the company feels has not yet converged with the traditional IT channel; it is upbeat on this portfolio. Last year, the company also tied up with Uniline for distributing its UPS range of products.

The company also expanded in different geographies in markets like Punjab and upcountry markets.
