Explaining the benefits of Office 365, Microsoft asked channel partners in Rajkot to explore utilities of cloud and increase productivity in their respective businesses in the Tech Caravan event.
As a part of publicity campaign of Office 365, Microsoft continued to search business potentials in tier-3 and tier-4 cities. The Tech Caravan event was organized in association with Microsoft and The DQ Week in Rajkot on September 5. The event received overwhelming response from Rajkot channel partners. Total 36 participants attended the event organized at Hotel Platinum.
In his interactive session, Hrishikesh Desai, cloud specialist, Microsoft, explained several benefits of Office 365. Emphasizing on cost effectiveness and manageability of cloud, Desai said, “With Office 365, we are trying to make infrastructure simpler for partners.”
Explaining benefits of using Office 365, Desai said, “We provide solution where partners do not have to work on troubleshooting. That saves lot of time and cost of partners resulting in higher productivity.”
During the session, partners raised number of doubts such as pricing which was aptly addressed by Desai.
After the presentation of Hrishikesh, Kunal from Microsoft gave presentation on utilities of Nokia Lumia Smartphones. Kunal said that smartphone market has huge potentials in India and it is growing at a very fast pace. Nokia Lumia smartphones fulfill all the professional requirements of customers. Therefore, partners should look at this particular product for better profit margins.
Abhijit Yardi, Partner Channel Development Manager, Microsoft was also present.
There were a quite a few queries raised by the partners which were aptly addressed by representatives of Microsoft during networking over dinner.
