Microsoft engages Thanjavur partners

Microsoft recently conducted a partner engagement programme meet along with the district association at Thanjavur. All the participants were informed on the knowledge of various products including the X-Box 360 games.

Speaking to ‘The DQ Week', N Ravikumar, manager, Tamil Nadu upcountry, Microsoft, said, "Following the successful meetings at Theni, Tuticorin, Kumbakonam, we have conducted this meet at Thanjavur. Microsoft has planned to conduct two programs focusing the upcountry regions of the state where there is enormous potential, and the Thanjavur association had rendered a wonderful support for the event". B.Kuberan, upcoming president of the Confed-ITA also participated in the meeting.

"The event was very useful and we were able to grasp new information on various products and the importance of licensed products. Everyone in the Thanjavur association has decided to sell a particular number of licensed software from April," said K.Nagaraju, CEO, southern systems and secretary of TAN-ITA (Thanjavur Information Technology Association).
