Microsoft channel partners get 'Money in Bag'

Microsoft Entertain­ment and Devices Division announced a
special promotion titled 'Money in Bag' (MIB), which is focused on
encouraging the stocking of appropriate Microsoft hardware inven­tory. This
promotion is targeted at its channel and is valid from February 15, 2006 to
March 31, 2006.

The MIB teams will be visiting various channel partners
across the country over a period, to keep a check on the physical inventory.
Some of the cities they will be visiting in the north are Guwahati, Patna,
Bhubanes­hwar, Kolkata and Ranchi, New Delhi, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Vara­nasi,
Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Cochin, Vizag, Nagpur, Indore, Mumbai and Surat.

Under the MIB scheme, the partner with the target inventory
can win himself on-the-spot reward vou­chers. The objective of this program is
to give a focus approach on stocking, availability of additional margin and to
cater to high customer demand at all times.

Partners can claim their reward vouchers by sending the
purchase invoice copies to their respective program coordinator before April 15,
2006. Commenting on this promotion, Mohit Anand, Country Manager Entertain­ment
and Devices Division, Microsoft India said, “It is our endeavor to provide our
partners with the best possible deals and incen­tives that help create an unma­tchable
sales experience.”
