Maruti Computer to distribute BenQ products in Nepal

Nepal based Maruti Computer Trade Concern has tied up with BenQ India to launch the range of digital lifestyle devices products in Nepal. The company has been appointed as the authorized distributor for BenQ in Nepal. 

Maruti Computer would display BenQ's range of digital lifestyle devices in CAN Info Tech 2003, a focused exhibition to be conducted at Birendra International Convention Center (BICC), Kathmandu from January 23 - January 28, 2003.

Rajesh Agarwal, Director, Maruti Computer, said, "The alliance with BenQ provides us with a leverage to offer the latest digital lifestyle devices, that incorporate worldclass technology at an affordable price." 

Maruti Computer Trade Concern deals in assembled computer, accessories, printer, speakers, fax machine, photocopy machine etc and in leading IT brands also.

Tashi Gelek, MD, BenQ India, said, "This provides us with an opportunity to develop the India operation as a sourcing hub for South Asian and effectively service these markets." 

BenQ has been able to clock impressive volumes in keyboards, scanners, CD-ROMs and CDRWs in India.
