Mahavir appointed as TN sub-disti for NU products

Chennai-based Mahavir Computer Spares has been appointed as sub-distri­butor
for NU Products in Tamil Nadu.

The new addition complements Mahavir's wide range of products. The company is
planning to promote the products through its resellers at places where lifestyle
products are sold.

“We are known for our leadership in niche products in the multimedia space.
The latest addition proves that our multimedia portfolio is ever-expanding and
shows our commit­ment to bring the latest techno­logy to our customers'.” said
MC Jain, CEO, Mahavir Computer Spares.

The company is targeting dealer segment and has key focus on lifestyle
products. It has generated lot of enquiries through EDM blast and is in talks
with about 80 partners to market the products.

“We have sold some products to the end-users and the response is very good.
Portable DVD players, MP3 players and digital photo frames are the key
attractions,” noted Jain.

The new additions include portable DVD player with screen that can be mounted
on cars, slot-in DVD writer (internal/external), slim DVD recorder, external Blu-ray
writers, waterproof MP3 players, and digital photo frames.

Rajeev Kumar, National Sales Manager, SHIBA, the national distributor for NU
Products, said, “NU products are unique and best in quality. We were looking for
a sub-disti who can make the customers aware of the products in terms of quality
and technical efficiency. We decided that Mahavir, which has a strong foothold
in the southern region in the multimedia space, is the 'best fit'.”
