Ma Foi Outsourcing Solutions bets on IT services

Ma Foi Outsourcing Solutions Ltd (MOSL), a HR BPO company and fully owned subsidiary of Ma Foi Manage-ment Consultants Ltd, is betting majorly on IT to drive its business and be a leader in the segment. The company has recently launched three new HR solutions–Ma Foi Resume Management Systems (MRMS), Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Daily Activity Reporting & Expense Management. The company sees these IT solution as growth engine for their BPO operations. “All these products will be part of our total solution offering to the customers and it will help both the customers and our company to offer better and efficient service,” said Rajiv Krishnan, CEO,
MOSL.

The new solutions are built on Windows NT platform with database support from MS SQL Server. “But, we can configure on Oracle and DB2 too and a set of algorithm will be repro-grammed to suit the customer’s platform availability,” said Abhay Phadnis, Director, MOSL. “Our products come out of experience in working with the customers and it will meet all the requirements of the company.”

MRMS, HRMS and Daily Acti-vity Tracker are available in both LAN and Web-enabled versions.

The company is planning to offer these products more as a part of their total solution and service, than selling commerci-ally in the market. “Consulting, customized solution and out-sourcing of operation process will be a total cycle of our service to the customers,” said Krish-nan. Meanwhile, the company is eyeing overseas market with its services and it is getting aggressive with marketing plans. It has presence already in Europe, Dubai and Singapore.

“MOSL is targeting a revenue of Rs 5 crore for this fiscal,” he added.
