LG introduces unique accreditation program for resellers

LG Electronics India Pvt. Limited (LGEIL), a leader in the display and optical storage devices segment, has announced the introduction of unique accreditation program for resellers across India. The two-month scheme starting from June 2003, is open to all resellers across India. The scheme is being introduced to reciprocate the loyalty shown by LG’s resellers and system assemblers to LG.

Speaking on the occasion, R. Manikandan, DGM, Sales and Marketing (IT Products), LGEIL, said, “This accreditation program will further strengthen LG’s bond with resellers and partners. LG has been offering various point-based programs to encourage the channel partners to promote LG products.

Currently, LG has offered ‘Summer Surprise program’ for the period June and July, 2003. The scheme has some super rewards for the resellers, like one couple return ticket to Dubai, one couple return ticket to Mauritius, LG my PC etc. The reward would be based on the cumulative points accumulated by the resellers on the basis of purchase of LG IT products from authorized regional distributors. LGEIL is already the market leader in the Optical Storage Device (OSD) space in India and is fast emerging as the leader in the monitor segment also.
