LAN 'easy check' from E Caps

Coimbatore-based E Caps Computers India Pvt Ltd has introduced LAN 'easy
check' testers. The LAN tes-ters are manufactured over-seas and marketed under
the brand name, Netfox.

Company Officials informed that Netfox LAN testers are remote network cable
testers that enable easy self-checks of networking cables' status, therefore
helping keep the network functional at all times.

The key feature of the LAN tester is its simple design and hence, easy
usability.

The tester has in-built 'status lights' that indicate the status of your
network-short, open, straight or cross over. It is compatible with a range of
networking connectors espe-cially the RJ 45, UTP, STP, RJ 11 and RJ 12 types.
Netfox LAN testers are best suited for businesses and institutions working on a
wired local area network, as well for computer support and maintenance
personnel.

Caps will distribute these testers through its regional offices in Coimbatore,
Chennai, Bangalore and Madurai. And will also be available through its network
of dealers.

The Netfox brand comprises of other functional networking products as well,
such as wire-less antenna and structured cabling components and Caps plans to
distribute these produ-cts too in the coming months.
