Konica Minolta Business Solutions has extended its the victims of flash floods and heavy rainfall in Uttarakhand.
Besides contributing Rs 10 lakh, the company's employees have also donated their one-day salary to the victims.
Tadahiko Sumitani, MD, Konica Minolta Business Solutions, said, "As a responsible corporate citizen Konica Minolta is committed to contribute to local communities and the well-being of their citizens. Each contribution, however small, will help a larger cause and particularly the flood victims in the Uttarakhand region. As a part of CSR initiative we have taken the decision to help the flood effected people. "
Konica Minolta has tied up with a Delhi based NGO called ‘Save the Child' to carry out this activity.
