Kodak digital camera service center launched in Chandigarh

Kodak India Ltd has launched the first Kodak digital camera ser-vice center
in Chandigarh (loca-ted SCO 58-61, Sector 8-C, Madhya Marg). The Kodak digi-tal
camera ser-vice center will give customers in Chandigarh the benefit of repair
service for all Kodak digital cameras under warranty, as well as for the models
that are out of warranty, the lat-ter on a chargea-ble basis. The center, set up
in association with Rashi Peripherals, Kodak’s authorized service provider,
was inaugurated by Meena Wadhwani, VP, Service and Support (Southwest Asia),
Kodak India Ltd. Also present at the occasion were Rashi’s senior executives
from both marketing and service teams, executives from Kodak’s digital
products distributor, Neoteric Informatique, and key dealers and well-wishers
from Chandi-garh as well as Ludhiana.

"North is a key market for Kodak digital products. As the business has
been growing, it is but natural that service faci-lity too is made available
close to where the digital camera cus-tomers are", said Meena Wadh-wani at
the inaugural function. "Our focus has always been on customer convenience
and ease, both in products as well as service. The Kodak digital ca-meras are
recognized for their ease of use; and we would like to extend that same
experience of ‘ease’ in the after-sales service requirements as well."

Kodak currently has nine digital camera service centres in association with
Rashi Peri-pherals, servicing customers in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Ban-galore,
Lucknow, Hyderabad, Kochi, Ahmedabad and Kolkata. "This associa-tion with
Rashi was establi-shed around year 2000, and has since conti-nued due to Rashi
manage-ment’s recep-tiveness and focus on ser-vice values", informed
Wadhwani.
