karROX signs MoU with The Kerala IT Mission

The Kerala IT Mission and karROX Technologies Ltd have signed a MoU to facilitate the growth of ITES and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) centric education within the state. 

Kerala, with its focus on Business Process Outsourcing, Customer Interaction Centers and Digital Content
Creation/Processing, Training for relevant skills at sub-domain level to ensure adequate supply of trained human resources to ITES companies and employment regulations that uniquely facilitate ITES operations, is poised today to become the IT industry's dream destination.

karROX has been in talks with the Kerala Government for a few months. Since Kerala happens to be the most preferred destination owing to its high pool of science and technology personnel, 100 percent literacy, low attrition rates, excellent communication network along with favorable IT policy, this was indeed an excellent market for karROX to tap. 

At the moment karROX would concentrate on spoken English, accent neutralization and communication skills for the candidates in Kerala. This would enable karROX to create a pool of people who can be employed by Call Centers without any language or accent issues.
