Speaking to The DQ Week, Arun Bhargav, president of the association says that he being a relatively old man now wants young blood to participate in association activities.

He says that other members in the association are not coming up with initiatives. He adds, "People have to realize that trade associations are not a waste of time. The whole onus has been on me but off lately, I have been very much occupied in my wife's treatment as she is critical."

He lashed out at people stating there is a dire need to reorganize the association. People have to come forward to initiate, do the brainstorming and convene the meetings, adds Bhargav. He also adds that people should not forget this business has given them so many things and it's time that they pull up their socks and think about the trade associations.

He, however, assured that the association will soon organize a meeting and there will be some kind of activity in the first half of December. "Let this be a wake-up. There will be some noise in the association recently," he added.
