City-based Kankaria Computer Links (KCL), a leading reseller and key partner for Samsung, has won a Maruti 800 car in the Samsung Mobile to Maruti (M2M) bonanza. Samsung had conducted this bonanza last month for its channel partners and the two-day (May 28 and 29) scheme focused mainly on Samsung monitors and CD writers. "I am very happy to be selected as the winner of this scheme. I lifted Rs 40 lakh worth of stock (monitors and CD writers) within that two days," said a visibly elated Sajan Kankaria, Director,
KCL.
The scheme had a pre-defined value of billing that a partner had to do per city class to participate in it. Each billing as per the above-defined value was termed as a Value Bundle. Each Value Bundle entitled the partner to participate in a lucky draw for the prizes. The partner billing the highest value of hi-end monitors per city class got a SyncMaster 152S Dual Hinge - TFT LCD monitor, besides other prizes for the other performers.
Chennai-based KCL was the lucky draw winner of Maruti 800 car for the highest booking in the two-days.
Moninder Jain, National Marketing Manager (IT & Telecom Division), Samsung India Electronics Ltd, said, "Our success has been made possible by our entire IT Channel fraternity in India. The idea is to share the fruits of our success. This M2M offer was truly an unique mean of strengthening the partnership."
