Jalandhar dealers association launches its website 

Jalandhar Computer Dealers Association (JCDA) launched its new website
www.jcdaonline.com at a special meeting held at hotel Shangri-La, Jalandhar. The
meeting was attended by a number of JCDA members and also members of Association
of Computer Entrepreneurs (ACE), Ludhiana. Sunil Prabhakar, President, ACE was
the chief guest of the meeting.

The members of both the associations decided to demand very strongly to
government of Punjab for reduction in the rate of octroi duty on computer and IT
products from three to one percent.

The newly launched website consists of comprehensive features like
introduction of JCDA, listing of all members along with their contact details,
the details of services rendered by the members and enrollment form for new
members. One can even download wall papers from this website. There is a
comprehensive search engine to assist the general inquiries.

Besides this, the site also hosts various pictures of the events that JCDA
organizes for its fellow members. According to JCDA, this website would prove
valuable for small startups and various dealers which would like to foray in the
IT channels business. The association has extensive plans to provide new
features on the website.
