ITTA-PDY spends a day at Ophanage

A great way to help orphanages is to donate some goods to them which will be goods in kind, and this is understood well by the IT association of Pondicherry.

When the nation was celebrating the biggest tax reform in the country on 1st July, the ITTA-PDY hosted an Orphanage Donation program in Puducherry at an Ophanage and celebrated life with them.

The Nirmala Shishu Bhavan which is run by the missionaries of charity is a home for abandoned and destitute children, including children with special needs.  It provides shelter, food and medical care and also takes care that the children attend school regularly. The bhavan involves the domestic adoption for the children below 3 years.

The association arranged for the lunch of the children over there and the members themselves served it to the children. The association also donated some housekeeping materials like toiletries, cleaning materials and groceries to the orphanage.

The associated members of the association felt really good inside after spending some time with the children and  also felt little sad for the unfortunate kids as some of them were special kids with little disabilities as shared by D.SoundaraPandian, President-ITTA.
