ITCOT to hold seminar on call center business

The Industrial & Technical Consultancy Organization of Tamilnadu Ltd (ITCOT), a joint venture of ICICI, IDBI and IFCI and State Organizations and Banks, is organizing a two day seminar and exhibition on the fast growing call center business at Chennai from November 14 to 17 at Hotel Tulip
Aruna.

The seminar and exhibition will cover--Methodology for setting up a call centre project, the India advantage, formulation for a viable capacity and estimation of the cost of project, means of financing and profitability, marketing aspects and methodology for getting the first customer, HR solutions, technology solutions covering switch-based and server-based solutions, integration and WAN solutions, quality standards for setting up a call center, and factors determining success.

Exhibitors will include consultants, technology providers, financial institutions, HR experts, telecom solution providers, integration solution providers, equipment manufacturers, venture capitalists, marketing consultants, existing call centers and HR experts. There will also be experts from existing call centers, financial institutions, technology providers, WAN and LAN specialists, HR and marketing experts who will address the delegates at the seminar.
