Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organization of Tamilnadu (ITCOT) is organizing a series of two day national seminars on call center business at New Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Calcutta.
The seminar will discuss the "Methodology for Setting up a Call Center", "Project formulation for a viable capacity and estimation of
cost of project and means of financing", "Marketing aspects and methodology for getting the first customer", "HR Solutions", "Technology solutions covering Switch based and Server based solutions Integration and WAN solutions",
"Quality standards for setting up a call center and factors determining success".
The two-day national seminar will commence in Delhi from 29 November. It will be followed by seminar in Hyderabad (6-7 Dec), Mumbai (14-15 Dec) and Kolkotta (21-22 Dec). The fees per delegate for the seminar is Rs 8,650.
Seventy people attended the seminar that was held in Chennai from 27-28 September.
