As reported previously by The DQ Week about amending the election format, the association has gone ahead with its plan of routine upgradation (after a term of one year) for the holders of VP and VC portfolio to president and chairman, respectively, implying that the current personnel holding the offices of VP and VC have a fair chance to become the next president and chairman. In case the proposal is adopted by the members present and voting, in the next year elections, Bindra and Agarwal is likely to become chairman and president, respectively.

As part of its plan, sources in the association also revealed that this year, the prime focus of ISODA will be in increasing its membership count and key issues (to be taken up) will be finalized in the next meeting.

However, untill now, no official statement from either the president or chairman has been released.
