Headquartered in Bangalore for its Indian operations, Int-ransa has appointed

an industry veteran, B Chandrasekar from Sun Microsystems to oversee the sales,

marketing and custo-mer support activities in India. "We are happy to

announce that even before launching full scale operations in India, Intransa has

already establi-shed a clientele in India for its IP SAN solutions. Wipro Spec-tramind

and Larsen & Toubro feature in this list," said Chandrasekar.

Tata Elxsi and SES Technolo-gies are Intransa’s systems integrator and

distributor partners, respectively, since October 2003.

Avi Katz, President and CEO, Intransa Inc commented, "We will deliver

simple, intelligent, scalable and easily affordable IP SAN solutions to the

Indian markets, through its fast growing network of system integrators and

distribution partners." The company is in the process of identifying

partners and will be appointing across the country in the coming months.
