Intex Technologies (India) Ltd, a Delhi-based leading peripheral company, has launched its TV tuner card in the local IT
market at Ritchie Street. The new TV tuner card comes in two variants, TV tuner card with FM and without
FM available for Rs 2,800 and Rs 2,600 respectively. "TV tuner card is a potential market and Intex is entering the market with a quality and
reliable product at an affordable price. This combination would help us to win the competition," said Shailendra
Jha, Branch Manager, Intex Technologies.
The TV tuner card helps users to turn their PC into TV and allows to surf 125 channels. With 30 frames per second, it can
capture still and motion video images, besides supporting video conferencing and teletext. FM radio
comes optional for the users. "TV tuner card is a fast moving product and today, PC has become a complete multimedia entertainment system," he
said.
"We offer one year warranty on our products."
Based on its video capture capability from a standard TV connection or S-Video input, TV/Video capture card combined
with the favorite video conferencing software, can be used to create high-quality AVI or even MPEG
video. Combine TV/Capture with a PC camera and a microphone to get a live audio and video feed for Internet conferencing with friends and
family. It also comes with a remote control unit for users' convenience.
