Yes we do have an association by the name of Uttranchal IT Traders Association. The association has played a positive role, and acts like a catalyst in solving problems.
What are the major problems that you face with the vendors?
Major problem with the vendors is in their unrealistic approach that they have towards the market and customers. Moreover, de-focus towards the corporate segment by HP has come up as the biggest issue.
